Regulation of Ion Transport in Prussian Blue MOF Films by a Ru-Complex Primer Nanolayer on an ITO Electrode and Its Energy Storage Application

PB crystals formed good electrochemical heterolayer junctions with primer Ru complexes with phosphonate groups tethered on an ITO electrode. The ion gating through ET rectification at the heterolayer interface leads to an ion-storage memory device.
